Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How can I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked through the Appointment Booking page on our website up to 2 hours prior to an appointment. Alternatively you can call 0437 523 901‬ or email naturallivingandbeing@gmail.com we usually respond within 48 hours.

How does a consultation work?

Beginning your Consultation
You’ll meet with either Wayama or PahPah. This initial meeting is a warm, grounded, and attentive conversation where we listen deeply to your physical, emotional, and spiritual concerns or intentions. Together we decide on the best pathway for your appointment and on-going support.

Intuitive Listening & Assessment
Rather than a clinical intake form, the consultation involves intuitive and energetic listening.
The practitioner will gently inquire into:

  • Physical symptoms or challenges

  • Emotional patterns or recent life events

  • Energy flow, vitality, or areas of “stuckness”

  • Desires for healing, growth, or transformation

Suggested Pathway Forward
Following this, the practitioner will offer a customized care pathway, which may include:

  • Shamanic and Spiritual Practices

  • Reiki, Massage, Sound and Energy Harmonisation

  • Movement, Meditation or Breath-based practices

  • Rituals or integration tools for home

  • Event or course recommendations (e.g., somatics, meditation)

Scheduling & Support
You can choose to book your next steps then and there, or take some time to feel into it. If you decide to proceed, your practitioner will stay connected and responsive to shifts as your journey unfolds.
